I enjoyed my trip until my arrival at Durban in the morning when collecting my bags the driver was suer rude telking me if I want I can send and email to complain calling me nails in front of other passengers only because I was the 1st one to arrange at the collection but he wanted me to wait for other passengers to collect his bad even after I bagged hin amd advised that i was rushing to worm and that time thebus was 1hour 10 mim late I had to wait further 15 before i could get my bag after all and insults and abuse from him
