Service was great your site was my issue. Missed my train and paid for insurance if anything happens. Then they told me that I have to indicate 15 min before the train leaves. Was not told this upfront. Had to pay for new tickets and did not receive any credit from your site. Very disappointed will never book with your site again will book directly with brightline.
