i didn’t enjoy nothing about my experience riding with flixbus,i was a sign to a seat at the very end of the bus by the washroom,and the pee smell was so strong i hand to cover my nose and mouth with my hands till i got tired,and then a beeping sound just kept beeping on the bus it was just a bad experience.

The departure was from the Union station, nobody picked me up and I decided to go to the Greyhound station. This is where I figured that I have to stay there and wait for the bus. Everybody was staying in the line to the gate for 2+ hours. They don't even care to announce when to expect the bus arrival. Needless to say that Greyhound price is the highest compared to Flixbus, Ourbus, Miller etc.

After waiting for over an hour and some minutes for the bus , I needed to use the restroom. During those five minutes, the bus had came and went. It was extremely unprofessional of the staff to not notify when it would be arriving. I wasted 40 dollars and missed Christmas with my family. Do better at keeping in contact with customers during delays to keep them updated.
