Bus Tickets from Chicago to Lafayette, IN

i didn’t enjoy nothing about my experience riding with flixbus,i was a sign to a seat at the very end of the bus by the washroom,and the pee smell was so strong i hand to cover my nose and mouth with my hands till i got tired,and then a beeping sound just kept beeping on the bus it was just a bad experience.

Great seats I was able to pic my own seat. The ride was great. The only thing I had a problem with was the power outlets. For some reason, they didn't work

The departure was from the Union station, nobody picked me up and I decided to go to the Greyhound station. This is where I figured that I have to stay there and wait for the bus. Everybody was staying in the line to the gate for 2+ hours. They don't even care to announce when to expect the bus arrival. Needless to say that Greyhound price is the highest compared to Flixbus, Ourbus, Miller etc.

After waiting for over an hour and some minutes for the bus , I needed to use the restroom. During those five minutes, the bus had came and went. It was extremely unprofessional of the staff to not notify when it would be arriving. I wasted 40 dollars and missed Christmas with my family. Do better at keeping in contact with customers during delays to keep them updated.

The bus was late by several hours so the passenger hired taxi to go from Chicago to west Lafayette as he had to attend classes in the University

Our bus broke down with in half an hour and it turned a easy 2 hour trip into a horrible 5 hour trip. I got to my dorm at 12:30 instead of 9:00. This was also supposed to be the fastest bus which is why I booked it.

Hard to find the bus. No indication that it was our bus. Another bus driver helped me.

My only criticism of OurBus is that the departure point on South Canal Street near Union Station is not well-marked. I was looking for it, and only found it by asking other passengers. I would request that OurBus put up a sign marking the departure point.
