Overall, passengers seem satisfied but suggest improvements in these areas could enhance their experience further.
Time keeping. The only problem was the loo(toilet) was smelling very nasty (urine) that shows it was never cleaned as I boarded at Pretoria the first departure. If that can be cared for everything will be very very 100% nice and 👍

I didnt enjoy my trip. The bus got stuck and we spent 2 hours without getting assistance. I ended up hiking on N3 so that i can reach my destination in time.

There's absolutely nothing that I enjoyed. When I bought the ticket it was Eagle Liner all of the sudden the bus has changed we were using Intercity. We were told the bus was on the way all of the sudden it has left without anyone explaining what was going on, we were forced to use a bus that was going on a different direction. The bus died on the way and we had to wait for another one, they didn't even let us know that a bus has a problem they rushed us out of it. Through the process of exchanging busses my suitcase got damaged. It was an entirely bad experience as a first time user of this bus!
