Stop of 10 minutes at Plett a bit short as there were queues at the toilet and coffee shop

Bus was 3hrs late, they said they notified ticket holder but I received nothing.
Rd works was the apparent reason, there are 4 stop and goes on the east London rd with a maximum oh an hour delay.
Passengers were not notified of the new time of arrival in George either.

Big Sky delayed by 5 hours , and when It arrived in PE , we were 10 passengers that had to climb in , we had no space at all, the bus drivers allowed other passengers to climb in the bus hence we had no space. We had to be transported to another bus station and even there we waited for close to 3 hours. The bus was supposed to depart at 7:35AM, and we had to wait for another bus that only departed at 16:50. I’m very unpleased with this experience. I regard Intercape very high, I didn’t expect such bad service from the drivers.
