Have been travelling with Intercape monthly for the past 5 months and I am generally very satisfied with their service. Once my bus was very late in Welkom but another bus came and the driver arranged for me to take that bus. I was very pleasantly surprised by the assistance.

The bus was late by 2 hours and I had to wake up for nothing. I intentionally booked days before so the trip would be without delays and it unfortunately was. I was late for work by 2 hours. Never again going to book this bus.
