3 Hour delay and on top of that bus took an hour longer to get to destination than indicated, so 4 hours longer total than initially indicated. Other than that passengers and driver were all friendly. Seats are comfortable but spaced in tightly (2 fat people won't fit next to each other).

That the make sure I arrived to my destination safe. I didn't like after changing the bus. After taking my bags to the other bus. They told us the bus is full we should go back to the other bus, without verifying the destination of the people. I was treated as if am fool and I didn't listen to them. Yooh I was going to vereeniging and found myself park station. I tired to explain to them. They didn't want to listen and they just wanted to get ride of me in park station and never considered my safety. They offered R20 rand to Joburg to vereeniging.

It's a good bus, the service is nice but they could improve by letting people book their own seats because this thing of one person occupying two seats is unreasonable.

The service providers were amazing and courteous. They kept everything in check. The bus was right on schedule. I would appreciate it if the air conditioning could be switched off in the morning; it was cold and had cold air coming to my feet. besides that, I enjoyed the trip
