Bus Tickets from Western University to Kitchener

This was my daughter’s first time using this bus line. I was not impressed. She arrived at the 1st location only to then find out the bus is running 60-70 minutes late due to weather, which is understandable. However, the shuttle from the 1st location to the terminal was then cancelled and directed passengers to find their own way to the terminal, and the bus would be arriving in 2 hours. This was unacceptable. It was snowing and cold, and left passengers stranded looking for other ways to get to the terminal.

I think this is the last straw for me. No customer service, lengthy delays and just awful! The bus seemed to have had some issues and the driver did not communicate with the passengers. He went off route to a Gas station to get something for the issues, I assume and we waited more than 20 minutes and still no communicate from the driver! Worse service ever!

The bus was one hour late. once it came the bus driver notified us that he would leave in around 30 min to sort some rerouting issues, but if would “honk” to let us know he’s done. This was a word of mouth and most people didn’t hear the honking part. Luckily I was parked in front of the bus and heard him honk after 20 min, however most people were waiting inside and did not hear this honk and where waiting for the 30 minutes mark. Instead of the bus driver waiting for a few more minutes until the rest of the people came, he decided to leave before the promised time. When I confronted him about this I got a response of “oh they didn’t come out when I honked”. So unprofessional to leave with literally 3/21 passengers that waited an hour to board just because he didn’t want to wait a few more minutes.

Despite having a booked ticket and assigned seat, the driver instructed people to sit wherever and some were refused service due to overbooked seats. On top of this, the was 30 minutes late

Comfortable journey but my seat was 15C and the seat in bus didn’t had any seat under that instead it was 20. So it was a bit confusing

the Bus was great, the only Problem was it was 1/2 hr late. so it messed up other plans.

No wifi, no working outlets, no cup holders, ticket was overpriced.. Won't be booking a ticket with them again.

Intercity travel is pretty awful so it was nice to have this option and it ran on time. That said, the lights above the seats didn't work, the seat's reclining feature was either stuck or didn't work, the toilet was a tiny closet with no sink (not even hand sanitizer...) and the dropoff in Kitchener isn't really even in Kitchener, but at the Sportsworld Drive dropoff, so travelling into the city is a pain. Oh yeah, also the power outlet did not work :(

bus arrived an hour late with no emails informing us of the delay. I was outside in the freezing cold for an hour waiting with no update from rider express. I will not be using your services again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Last week, the bus was delayed by 2 hours, and this week, it was 1 hour late for the 6:55 pm trip from London to Kitchener on November 3, 2024. Despite already being delayed, the driver still stopped to fill up on gas. Is this how trips are planned? Where is the commitment to passengers? Because of these delays, I missed all my connecting buses. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Bus left early since everyone arrived early. Small comfy bus.
