Bus Tickets from Toronto to Belleville, CA

Excellent bus driver. Seats too cramped, especially for those who put their seat all the way

The driver was cool and helpful. He asked for a QR code at first. I didn't have it handy, so he simply asked for my name and told me my seat number. I didn't like being told a seat, since my ticket didn't mention one. That's not a big deal, though.

The driver was very rude not and I was dropped off at different spot then my ticket said

Very smooth ride and lots of space. We arrived 15 minutes late, but there was some traffic, so I understand. The pick up spot at Scarborough Town center was a bit confusing to find, I almost missed the bus. If there was a small sign for the pick up location, that would be very helpful!

Pleasant and helpful service all the way. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Pickup location was ideal.

Bags were not taken out for the elderly. Had to do it on their own. Would suggest the driver takes be bags out of the undercarriage for everyone to grab.

Driver was courteous and polite. Location for pick up and clarity of pick up/drop off locations are terrible. I’m a blind traveller and did not have an easy time locating the pick up spot for more than 30 minutes with three community members assisting me. Landmarks and signage would be extremely helpful for me and multiple passengers.

The seating was relaxing on bus on time.

Our bus driver was very upbeat and clearly wanted to be helpful. Signage for finding this bus at Yorkdale Station though... kinda abysmal... but the bus driver made me forget all about how annoying it was to be lost more than once wandering in circles looking for the stop. Actually all of the staff are very helpful. Which again was fortunate as it was very uncertain where the bus was actually going to land. Signage on the stairway under construction world Akari new handy.

The night before I was to travel, the trip was cancelled. I booked a second ticket for the next day, and it was also cancelled. Their only explanation both times was “unforseen circumstances”. The same circumstances cannot be unforeseen twice in a row.

I've bought a ticket that was supposed to be refundable, but I had to buy a different ticket for my journey, so I bought a new one and this one broke down and we had to wait for an hour to start our journey

The information I was given was misleading and I wasn’t able to find my bus and missed my trip entirely
