Bus Tickets from Mexico City to Oaxaca

I got from and to where I needed to on time. The only thing is that there was no sign which gate was going to Oaxaca, and if the man didn't run around shouting Oaxaca for 5 minutes I would have missed the bus. The TAPO in general is also not well signposted in general if you are coming by train. I ended up at the metro bus station, but that isn't AU fault. Bus was clean and crazy cold. I personally thought the price was too high for the ticket on this style of bus, but there was nothing wrong with the bus journey at all. I really like that they had a ticket system for luggage.

Service was good. Bus was clean. We got there safely but far from on time. We were told 430 arrival. How about 630!

Booking was great but AU driver fid not know the route and what was a 61/2 hour trip turned into 9 hours.

Journey was more or less on time. Bad thing: the tv that was playing spanish dubbed movies out loud (very loud). Everyone is on their own phone with earbuds in. Really need for a movie on those screens. Especially with the sound on. Otherwise nice journey.

Was very comfortable ride. Left and arrived on time. Only drawback movies during entire trip with sound throughout bus. Good to have earplugs.

Comfortable bus and very nice driver. There was even wifi, although it said it wouldn't be included in the booking.

The seats were very comfortable and spacious. I felt safe in the overnight bus as a solo traveler. The lounge was nice coming into oaxaca, however in the platino lounge in mexico city TAPO there were no additional refreshments in the lounge. I would highly recommend this service.

Comfortable journey. One bottle of water provided for the trip which was the only extra. The seats were relaxing and spacious.

The bus was very spacious and comfortable. It was actually better than most flights in that regard. The downside was that there was no English content in the entertainment system. Also there was promised food on board but there wasn't any

It was the weekend before Christmas, so I suspect lots of busses were running late, but we didn't get into Oaxaca until around 10pm. We were scheduled to arrive at 5:30. Otherwise the bus and staff were great.

All ok, traffic and construction delays arrival, not sure why left late, but ok

We were meant to be on a bus taking 6hrs 5mins from Mexico City airport to Oaxaca. An hour in and we had done a convoluted loop back to the airport…. No explanation?? We got to our destination after an 8hr 20min ride - so 30 % late!!

This was the first time I used the GL bus. It was very nice no problems whatsoever.

Fantastic service. Very easy to use. Clean, comfortable, air conditioned coach. A great way to see the countryside between Mexico City and Oaxaca.

If you're not Mexican you'll be treated like a second class citizen. Don't use this company is so racist

On time and comfortable

I has the most terrible experience in my life! The bus does not exist! The trip was no exist! No bus at all!

The route was completely different from the booking, rather than arriving at 12:30pm we arrived after 5pm with an extra stop and considerable delays, and our final destination was not the stop in the original agenda.

The bus never came and they were vague and kept us waiting waste of $100
