From Oaxaca to Pochutla: Bus seat, arm rest and headrest are not clean. No armrest between passengers. Seat 16 has the TV directly above it in opposition to the map online which shows the TV behind seat 16. On the bright side, the first movie Hidden Figures was excellent and wasn't too loud volume. Otherwise, it was easy and quick to figure out how to board the bus and store luggage underneath and retrieve luggage at destination.
Air conditioning goes on and off to regulate so sometimes you're extremely hot and sometimes you're cool but not cold.

comfortable bus but the movies kept playing non-stop and it was too much noise with other people listening to music too without earphones. I just want a silent trip. Earphones for movies would be better.

I'm from the United States I rarely if ever use buses there. To my knowledge cross country bus service has gone downhill. They should learn from Mexico. If the service there was as good as here I'd probably use them.
