Smooth journey, friendly staff and arrived safely. The ADO Cancun central didn’t show the bus we had booked on the departure screen which was slightly confusing but the man working at the gate shouted when it arrived so it was quite straight forward.

The driver drove us to Valladolid instead of Chiquila. Therefore, the drive to Chiquila took us eventually more than 5 hours rather than 2.5 hours. Very bad experience.
