It is clean with comfortable seats. I was dropped in Bucerias in the middle of the street. There was no bus terminal near by. Nobody informed me about there being no terminal

I was unable to retrieve my ticket once I was at the station, I will ALWAYS buy my ticket so that I have a paper copy with a SEAT NUMBER. I have to say it was easy to buy the ticket online, for a premium, but for the convenience there was unnecessary confusion. OH WELL.

Bus was 2 1/2 hours late. Incredibly loud with everyone playing games and music until early morning. Toilets disgusting and the bus was freezing cold.

I have taken two Futura trips, San Miguel de Allende to Moriela and the return to SMA. The first trip the bus was 3 hours late, the return trip yesterday was 1/2 hour late. Fortunately, I had a flexibility schedule. I have not had this major issue with any other bus companies in 3 years of traveling Mexico.
