Due to the bus being late I had to incur additional costs for accommodation R650 ( I waited 8.5 hours) in addition to this I also had to incur taxi fare. I think it is only fair that Intercape carry the cost of the bus being late - I had to pay for accommodation since I don't live in the area that the bus pick up was. Just merely apologising is not good enough.

The should be more breaks because of the distance,first break was in E.L and second in Kokstad. Mthatha should be included even for 5mins
