A crash on the motorway was not there fault but they were late into weston 3:40 pick up. No idea why they wouldn't put the heating on so people were complaining and they joked! Then he broke the wheel of my case! And laughed I was steaming so I had to walk away as he was holding my wheel. I've made an official complaint and review on fb and will follow this up when om back off my holiday as I want a new case! Terrible journey. 28th April I'm sure others complained.
