I’m very unhappy with my AirCoach experience. On my ticket and booking confirmation it clearly stated that the bus stop was located on ‘Upper Queens Street’. After waiting over 40 minutes, it took a police officer to kindly tell us that the bus stop was no longer in use and it had been relocated to Grand Central Station. Myself and 2 other passengers missed their flights due to this mistake. Very big error that should be fixed immediately.

The bus was a hired in bus, not a regular one. There was no place to plug in phone. The Wi-Fi did not work. I was told my bag was too bug to bring on board. Other people brought on bigger.
I forgot to collect my bag Fromm the boot when I got off. And now it cannot be found.
I was told it would be dropped off at the airport and could be collected there. It did not arrive. So I was told it would go to Belfast but no news from there.
The driver was grumpy, shouted at someone who had missed the bus, and did not monitor the bag retrieval when parked at the stop. He stayed in his seat.
