We went from Bath to Cardiff which was in two stages. The first was a regular bus from Bath to Bristol. The staff there were incredibly helpful and one lady, in particular went the extra mile to make sure we were in the right place to catch the bus to Bristol. The second stage was from Bristol to Cardiff on a National Express coach. This part of the journey was comfortable and my only comment would be that it was too warm on board. The staff were helpful and friendly.
