I waited from 20 minutes early at what I presume to be the correct bus stop near Morrisons on London Road and despite putting my arm out and then waving madly the bus went straight past me!!! I had to run into town to catch a train and had no faith that the bus would pick me up from Mere Oak so also returned by train. Please respond to this message with the official complaints procedure
