National Express London Reading recent customer reviews
It was a pity that mostly due to heavy traffic the bus was a bit delayed. But little National Express can do about it.

It is definite that the national Express London . Victoria/ station office has NOT enough staff at the Ticket office < Horrible had to wait 90 minutes to get info about booking a ticket to Farnborugh. Finally at the counter The STAFF were VERY PLEASANT and POSITIVE but they cant HELP the LONG QUEQUE < and 90 minutes waiting. National Express ADMINISTRATION who want this assesment< should spend money for more staff , so that the queing will be a maximum os 10/15 minutes ONLY!
It is simple for even the dummest manager to understand that it wrong to request an assesment before clearing the inconveniance to European and other foreign customers. Komprendo National !! Hipp Hipp Hooray ONLY for your Ticketing staff including the three men who were standing to help in the automated machines at London Victoria !!!

Overall was great however on the app it didn't say that my last leg of my journey was meant to take a ordinary bus, it actually said that it was a national express coach so I waited 45minutes until another customer overheard my frustration and told me he had the same trouble. Incrediably stupid and made me so late for an interview!!!
