Bus Tickets from London to Brussels

Last minute change of itinerary and severe costly delays.

My luggage get lost on the bus

Don’t enjoy and my bus was cancelled at last minute

I enjoyed the confort and overall experience except the lack of free internet option was missing

My bus was delayed 3 hours an it affected my itinerary, so I had to buy a new ticket in the last minute and changed my plans

The organization was poor - people from the previous bus which seemed not to showed up wanted to take the bus I booked or received an email by Blabla confirming to do so. This ended up in argument and the people which were not led into the bus blocked the road to exit. The papers were not checked , one passenger was not allowed to immigrate in France at Eurotunnel, we lost 2h because of that and had to go back and forth 3 times on the Eurotunnel premises, it was ridiculous.

I loved how They were on time and well organised ! I didn’t like the fact that the staff didn’t include english in their different annoucements

It was managed a , safe and responsible

Everything was ok except they don't communicate English to the passengers.

The trip was very good only it was delayed because of the customer didn’t have visas and we spent long time .

Bus is good but bus got late and 2 hours, I miss my important meeting. Please compensate me. Regards Ahmed

Very bad service, bus delayed more than 3 hours, i missed my connecting bus in Brussels. I got loss, then need to book a another ticket.

One of the most unpleasant journeys I have ever taken. The coach had no toilet. There were no toilet breaks. No announcements and the fellow guests were loud and obnoxious.

The service in general is fine, they should avoid using the ferry to cross over the channel because it takes a lot of time.

Very bad experience. Driver cannot speak English, no hygene, no masks and more than 2h late! It always seemed that the busdriver didn't knew where to go. I definitely do not recommend it. Take another way if possible!
