It was a bit chaotic at the pickup point at the airport. They had 2 buses going to Southampton and we kept getting difficult information on which to get on. We were delayed about 20 minutes because of confusion. Other than that, the driver was great and in good spirits and kept us informed once we were finally boarded.

The trip from Heathrow airport to Southampton was fine as was the driver. The issue was the people pushing and shoving, trying to be first on and not being careful of those around them. At the arrival in Southampton, there was very little space between the bus and the fence, making it very difficult for people to get their luggage with everybody again pushing and shoving. There was very little room to walk and pull a suitcase between the people lined up to get onto the bus.
