The journey was excellent, with delightful drivers both ways but the man on the desk at Heathrow was less than helpful and about him we feel the need to make a complaint so that our treatment and that of two other couples around a similar time can be investigated.

The trip took longer and I arrived 1hour late. Instead of 00:25, I arrived 1:30. I missed the person picking me and had to taxi to my home. The driver was really nice though.
