I traveled from Toulouse France to Santander Spain. In Toulouse, bus was over 1/2 hour late and was not in the correct platform as indicated on the electronic screen at bus station. Also, it would have helpful if my ticket included information about final destination of the bus (which was not where I needed to disembark). In Bilbao, where I needed to transfer to a different bus, I had difficulty determining where my bus was supposed to park. I asked a station employee and showed him my ticket, but he was not helpful. I finally figured it out with help from other passengers waiting there. After about an hour, the station attendant told everyone to go wait elsewhere, but he did not speak English so I again had to ask other passengers what was going on. Most people there were as confused as I was. It all seemed pretty disorganized. Later a different station attendant was more helpful and explained why there was no information about my next bus on the electronic screen yet. Finally my bus arrived (late again) and I was able to board. No one asked to see my ID or ticket. No one helped load/unload luggage.
