When I arrived at Sete Rios, I needed the loo. I'm 80. I only had €20 but I saw a sign that said 1 free entry with a Rede Expressos ticket. I showed my ticket to the attendant and she scanned it. I tried to enter by the barrier next to her but it was locked. I went back to her and she scanned my ticket again and this time it was red. I couldn't speak Portuguese but she pointed to the ticket counter but there was a big queue and I desperately needed to pee. I had to go into Lidl and buy something so I could get change for the toilet. Such a good service but a small thing like this let's it down

The bus itself was a nice ride and lovely trip up there and back..however on the departing bus..the bus driver was VERY RUDE and impatient . I have never used this mode of transport in Portugal. In the USA...bus seats are NOT reserved..everyone gets on ..first come first serve. When I reserved online ...it was not evident to the naked eye..a seat needed to be selected so I had no clue one was assigned. She basically told me off if in a VERY rude tone and told me I needed to go to my seat at the back of the bus...this makes me never want to travel by bus again in Portugal. How embarassing..everyone was seated and looking at me. She could have been a lot nicer ..what a grouch!

Experience was good but when we carry a plastic 🛍️with luggage then some how the driver feels incofotable with that because we r Asian people and we have to move different place for job so we carry our stuff in plastic bag 👍 good experience...thank u
