The Tiemme counter staff downstairs (Siena) didn't answer my question specifically about my bicycle. The driver didn't provide any updates. The driver smoked immediately upon getting outside whil we were fetching our bags.

Take the FixBus they were more ontime. Marino Bus was one hour 25 minutes late and didn’t sent any notice until already 45 minutes late (not that I internet at that point).
