Terrible staff and services. I recorded staff shouting at passengers. In Total violation of ADA laws and practices. Health and safety issues that negatively affect all passengers. Total chaotic stations, poorly cleaned

It was a long journey but drivers stopped bus very very few times and behaved very bad even after giving only 5-7 mins to use restroom or to grab some food. Worst service and journey I can ever remember. Shame for me that I took that service paying good amount of money. It was torture.
