Left later than scheduled from Orlando to Gainesville on 7/24 at 12:10. Someone else was assigned to my seat. Luckily bus had other seats so took 2C instead of 3C. On bus from Gainesville to Orlando on 7/10, seat very comfortable but the bathroom was not clean or well stocked.

The battery of the bus died in the beignning of the trip. I had no internet or power to charge my phone. The station had no power outlets or wifi either, even though it required me to have internet to show my online ticket. I arrived at gainesville with my cellphone dead, unable to call an uber home.

The ride was fine, there were people clearly intoxicated and under the influence of drugs on the bus causing a commotion and someone was sitting in my assigned seat with their luggage on the seat next to it but they moved when I asked

People were yelling the entire time, and the greyhound station in Gainesville isn’t even open. There was no one working inside or even a restroom. The workers will insanely rude the entire time. Im not the type to complain I’ve never even written a complaint before but this was genuinely the worst travel experience i have ever had. A lady full on yelled at us, then refused a man on the bus but made a huge scene. was bad bro.

Station is still dirty and has homeless people sitting outside. It smells of urine and the bathrooms are disgusting!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Big delay at pick up station due to multiple trains having mechanical issues. One hour into the trip the bus broke down and we were told that a bus was on its way but after three hours of waiting there was no sign of a bus. We tried to get off the bus but it was parked on the side of the highway and we were not allowed to get off. I felt extremely unsafe so close to the traffic and the bus kept shaking from traffic but we still weren’t allowed off. The worst part besides being detained was the lack of communication throughout the entire thing and plain rudeness when we asked. We eventually convinced them to let us off and paid 150 dollars to get an Uber. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!
