The seat was comfortable and the bus was very quiet. The driver stopped the bus to use the bathroom on the bus, but didn't allow us to get off to use the facilities at the rest area, which I would have preferred.

I got my computer stolen in the bus. Only 1 person tried to help me. Somebody from your staff stole it because we tracked it and was still there during the weekend and was removed it on monday morning. I had to stay one more day in Orlando miss class and the computer is gone. Very poor customer service and a bunch of thieves

Bus driver was very active and gentlemen who drove safely plus I requested that inner air circulation is imp so kept that point to keep switch on for air inner air circulation.
As in my last drive from Tampa greyhound bus driver to Tallahasse fl almost closed inner air circulation air and I had trouble breathing I asked him it’s emergency if he could switch on inner air circulation to rotate air then he switched after shouting I was afraid .
But yesterday driver was really great personality and need such kind of drivers I appreciate him
