The driver went about two hours in the wrong direction and the bus was full of cussing and like a fight going on between the passengers and the driver she didn’t know the route and keep making wrong turns and was not very professional very bad trip

The Atlanta Bus station is a concern - it does not make you feel comfortable and safe when parking and walking in. There are no people walking around to answer questions, and no announcements of when the bus will arrive, if it's on time and if not, how late it will be.

You'll lost my baggage. I got on the bus Greyhound in Atlanta Georgia I check my baggage in at 1:50 p.m. I got on the bus at 4 p.m. arrived at Tallahassee Florida Greyhound bus station got off the bus waiting for my baggage I never received it it wasn't on the bus so I'm very disappointed I have a graduation to go to today at 7 p.m. and my baggage is not here now I have to buy clothes to put on when I have a bag full of clothes that I brought with me from Phoenix Arizona so my trip on the Greyhound bus was very very disappointed
