The listed departure location was very vague with no details (since the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal has dozens of pickup locations across multiple floors). This made it easy to miss the bus, especially for people not familiar with the location.

Greyhound Lines, Inc. New York City Washington recent customer reviews
This was way too dissatisfied with the trip, the bus was supposed to dropped me off at Union Station DC, it stopped at Baltimore, they kept giving assurance that they will pick me up to my final destination, I waited for four hours in vain, I had to hire a taxi after one of the staff told me, there is a delay for over 5 hours and she cannot guarantee even if I wait for that over 5 hours.

I enjoyed the ride, the driver was great 👍 however, when being outside at silverspring, the guy who went on the pasing my chair in the bus took my water bottle which I had recently bought. Sad though that stealing on the bus is still exist

Seat wasn't very comfortable. My seat didn't recline. I noticed foot rests were missing some places. The bus looked really worn. Bus driver honked excessively through the trip.
