I don't see why there needs to be assigned seating, since it's inconvenient to ask people to move during the trip. However the bus did drive at a reasonable pace and the driver was nice.

Overall, it was fine but the bus driver left me off on St. Paul St. in St. Catharines (instead of dropping me off right at the terminal) and I had to find the terminal which was not obvious. It wasn't far but it also wasn't clear with many people and city buses, etc. He pointed in the general direction of the terminal when he left me on St. Paul St. I had never been to that part of the city before and had a bit to trouble getting to where I needed to be to be picked up. I wandered around a bit until my family spotted me.
