I missed the Flix Greyhound bus because of incorrect gate information given by Greyhound bus information attendant, upon my very early arrival.I had gate 23 on boarding ticket , was told correct gate was 66 . Waited - wasted 45 mins at gate 66 wrong gate.
There was no one in the gate area information booth for help to double check with for bus departures. No bus departure service announcements were made .
A service agent appeared and I asked where's my bus to Wilmington Delaware ? He replied "gate 82" .Bus was gone
And, I had to pay for another ticket and wait 4 hours for another bus.
