The bus was supposed to leave 5:30 pm but we were allowed to enter in the bus 6:50 pm.
I am 67 years old and it was cruel to wait one hour and 1:20 minutes outside on the street with a 37° Fahrenheit.

Excellent experience with Best Bus. First timer due to airline flight being cancelled. I think this is the way to travel to NYC from Manassas. No airport hassles, convenient NYC location, comfy seats, plug for electronic devices, clean bus, great price. Both my drivers were friendly and efficient. The wifi was iffy at times. No loud phone talking or music allowed. Easy on line purchase. Will definitely take Best Bus again.

The bus broke down which was okay, but that wasn't the bad part. The bus driver had attitude and we weren't informed on anything because he kept moving ppl away. After he told us to go inside, when the actual bus came he didn't tell anyone anything. The new bus was great tho. I'm sure the inconvenience stressed out the bus driver but there are better ways to come about situations as these.
