The drive from providence to new York was fine, no problems at all. What was annoying was the driver.
To say the bus was less than half full he kept issuing so called friendly reminders that we should keep conversations to a minimum and brief. I'm 63 and he was the school yard bully.

the bus stop was out of the way and not clearly marked; i had to call to get the precise address. all the lights were off on the bus. the wifi was password locked and we didn't get the password given to us. it reeked.
