Los Limousines is appreciated for its convenient travel times and the presence of onboard restrooms. However, several users have noted issues with cleanliness in both buses and bathrooms, as well as non-functional amenities like AC plugs and TVs. Additionally, some travelers faced confusion due to incorrect address information provided via email.
The ride was quiet and nice, but the bus came 40 minutes after they told us to be there. There was no way to contact them and we felt stranded. They should give a time range so it’s clear where and when you’ll be picked up.

The overall experience was fine in terms of the service people and getting to my destination. The horrible bathroom experience is why I dropped the rating to 3 stars (maybe should be 2 stars?). On the trip out, the toilet was smashed up, but at least worked (especially for those of us that stand - I feel bad for the ladies). There wasn't even have an option for hand washing, or at least a sanitizer pump. The return trip had a nicer bathroom with a hand washing station (newer bus), BUT the toilet wouldn't flush, so by the end of the trip it was nearly full of urine. Just gross. And the hand washing station was just for show - I don't think it was ever considered for use. The good ride, locations, and economics of travel for my needs makes Los Limousines worth considering again in the future, but their indifference to the state of their bathrooms might be indicative of how it views its customers. And might push me to not go or figure out other options.

There was no specific area to be picked up. Instructions stated to arrive 30 minutes early and the bus arrived 15 minutes late, (2:30) Other than that, trip went without a hitch.

for starters the bus was more than 1 hour late, we missed our original bus because the driver said the time we had on our tickets wasn’t on his schedule, we waited 30 more minutes for the next bus to inform us that our bus had left 30 min ago. very unorganized very unprofessional. when i purchased the tickets online we selected the drop off location to be passing the border at rtrno sentri , we got dropped off at CBX where i had to pay additional ubers to finally cross the border. honestly its not worth it because the seats are not assigned either, its first come first serve.
