The driver was very good and caring person. He was very experienced and friendly. We had a smooth drive from London to Lille. However, the toilet on the coach wasn't working and locked for passengers used or access. This is a serious health and safety issue and needs to be addressed ASAP by the company. Passengers well-being is paramount and basic necessities like toilets and rubbish bins facilities are a must during an eight hours journey on the coach. Therefore, the company should addressed the above with immediate effect. I reserve the right to bring the above to the environmental authority and or care standards authority.

I booked ticket to Lille but the destination changed to Paris and bus driver initially refused me to board (due to different destinations) I boarded to that bus to Paris after conversation but I had to pay huge additional cost from Paris to Lille.
