The driver was very good and caring person. He was very experienced and friendly. We had a smooth drive from London to Lille. However, the toilet on the coach wasn't working and locked for passengers used or access. This is a serious health and safety issue and needs to be addressed ASAP by the company. Passengers well-being is paramount and basic necessities like toilets and rubbish bins facilities are a must during an eight hours journey on the coach. Therefore, the company should addressed the above with immediate effect. I reserve the right to bring the above to the environmental authority and or care standards authority.

The bus is arrived 2 hours later , the bathroom is out of service, there’s no charging sockets and no WiFi the only good things in this trip is the driver is very friendly

The bus is uncomfortable, no toilet, is to tiny and it's difficult to get out of the bus.
According to customer reviews, the bus station was chaotic and lacked reliable information on display boards. The station had limited staff who were unable to answer questions. Additionally, some customers complained about the hot temperature inside the bus despite requesting air conditioning. They also mentioned cleanliness issues and broken seat trays.
