I enjoyed how the journey progressed however the lower leg lifer thing could be much better if it was a bit higher just to accommodate short people
Users have shared positive experiences regarding the cleanliness of the bus and friendly staff. However, there were concerns about comfort during travel, particularly related to seating for those with knee issues and insufficient heating on board leading to a cold environment.

The bus left the station at 11:00 AM and broke down about 5 hours into the trip. We were stranded in the highway for nearly 12 hours as a replacement bus only arrived at our location at 3:30 AM. We are still on the way to our destination and by the looks of things, a trip that was supposed to be 18 hours has turned into an over 24 hour trip. I am very disappointed with how our situation unfolded.
