the coach was comfortable however the bus driver was incredibly rude and abrupt. i would not recommend this service purely on the bus drivers attitude.

Terrible, they were closed. No busses around. No staff. They moved and never advised of the switch to a different location. So I arrived to an abandoned bus station.
Customers have noted that the bus service is comfortable and convenient, with punctual departures. Despite minor delays due to traffic and weather conditions, travelers found it a worthwhile option for reaching their destinations on time.

Extremely unimpressed and disappointed with the service. Right before the trip I received an email notification that the bus would be delayed and subsequently I missed it after paying so much for the service and had to find alternative transportation in order to make my flight.😞

It was great to sit back and let someone else drive! Only issue was finding where the bus stopped to pick us up! The bus before us stopped on the lakeside ( it was running late) but our bus stopped on the otherside...it alsocwas running late because if traffic. SIGNAGE WOULD BE APPRECIATED! Great price, smooth trip...pleasant driver.

Once I figured out where the bus stop was from the security personal at the local bus terminal all was good, then there was a thunderstorm so next time I'll pay more attention to the weather as there's no shelter & bring an umbrella ☔ bus was running a little behind schedule and traffic was slow getting out of the city but reached out destination in time,it was a worthwhile way to get to the airport 👍
Users have noted that the service is very efficient and the driver was respectful. However, some mentioned that it was a van instead of a bus, with uncomfortable seating and cleanliness issues.
