Bus Tickets from Banff to Crowfoot LRT Station

It was in time , the bus had toilet inside. The diver was knowledgeable and courteous! Overall very good journey!

It was on time. But dropped off far away from the scheduled location (instead ofcrowfoot train station, dropped off 1km away)

Our driver, Brad, was great and super helpful. The bus is so comfortable, clean and tidy.

The shuttle showed up right on time, driver was very nice, I got to the airport exactly on schedule.

Enjoyed all aspects, clean shuttle, very professional driver, on time drop off, ground staff very good to accommodate change of location. Excellent experience

The van was at the meeting point in time. Although, we had to pick up other travelers, we got to the airport at the expected time.

I enjoyed the cheap fair, and how many options there is on a daily basis. I am sad that they didn't have any plug ins to charge devices. Would really like to see that in the future.

The trip went swiftly, driver was great and drove well. Understand its a busy time of year,but bus was very full and with 4 biggish people on back seat with bags on lap it was pretty uncomfortable maybe a bigger bus would have been alittle less squishy Other I would rate the trip good and recommend to others

Took 2 trips between banff and Calgary on the 14th and 15th. I had the same bus driver, who was incredibly kind and a lovely conversationalist. He remembered my name when I rode with him back to Calgary on the 15th, which I thought was very sweet. The bus was very clean and the seats themselves were comfy, it was only the fact that it wouldn’t be very comfortable for taller passengers (like myself). There was also no power outlets like I had the impression there was. Other than that the ride was wonderful, 4/5

The bus was cancelled and I was rebooked on a Banff Explorer service going to Calgary Airport when I had booked the Canada Bus which was going to drop me downtown by the Calgary Tower.

The driver was nice enough to call me when I was a little lost getting to the bus. He waited (not long) for me to get there. I was brought directly to where I needed to be.

All went well after all, but the pdf file which was sent as ticket was not readable!

I couldn't contact even when the bus delay and I was not sure bus is coming or not.

I enjoyed the journey. However the delay not so much. I do understand that the delay was caused by natural causes on the route.

The driver was amazingly kind and even stayed with us until our ride came at the end of the trip!

Good experience in the van. The driver was polite and friendly to us. Thankyou. Had a few minutes of worry in the Mt Royale parking lot prior to receiving phone call from driver. Couldn't tell if our ride was present or not (no sign or vehicle markings). Were quite concerned perhaps we had mixed something up and would miss our ride.

They were late and return trip they left without me had to wait half hour in the rain

My bus at 2pm never showed up, I couldn’t get in contact with anyone, I was eventually put on a different bus that didn’t even go to my destination so I had to pay more money/spend more time getting from Crowfoot to downtown

Wasn’t happy that we needed to get off the freeway for the driver to get more gas.

The driver didn't take me and a couple because he said our name was not on the list and wait for another bus in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I contacted the company and they said they will contact the driver. The same driver came back to pick us up, at this point we were an hour late.

The bus driver was polite and helpful. However, he talked on the phone while driving within Banff and then later on the highway. He made 3 calls and was holding his phone. This is a major safety hazard for us and others on the road.

The driver was 45 minutes behind schedule and claimed the delay was due to “our luggage,” which was not accurate, as every passenger had only the allotted one suitcase. He also did not pick us up in the right spot and was mad when we were nit on time (even though we were 15 minutes early) Upon arrival, he asked us where to put our bags (due to lack of space) we then had to load the bags ourselves, despite there being plenty of space. Throughout the trip, he drove approximately 30 kilometers per hour below the speed limit—so slowly that coach buses were passing us at high speed. He also refused to turn on the air conditioning in the back of the bus, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. This was an excruciating hour-and-a-half journey with the worst driver I have ever encountered.

The driver was extremely kind and accommodating. I was not feeling well during the ride and he was checking in and even stopped for me as well. Highly recommend. Small bus, great way to get to where you need to go.

Bad and unreliable. Bought a ticket and they did not have a seat for me. Only offered 10% discount on future credits. Would never use or trust the service again so simply wasted money.

Our trip to Calgary Airport with Geoff and Ten Peaks Shuttle was so smooth, efficient and enjoyable. Geoff made the experience amazing, telling us the names of the mountains as we drove through Banff National Park. Would recommend and will definitely be using this service again!

Efficient, comfortable and easy transport option from Banff to Calgary.

The shuttle departed on time at the pick up point and earlier arrival at the drop off point. The driver was so nice and accommodating to us. I highly recommended this shuttle very affordable especially from Banff to Crossiron, Calgary. Keep it up!
