Bus Tickets from Crowfoot LRT Station to Banff

Very poor service. Unclear instructions for pick up and we missed it although we asked for the bus driver to wait 30 seconds and he declined.

There seemed to be some confusion at pick up. The driver had arrived 30 minutes before our departure and then left without any passengers. We were able to connect with company and they sent another bus. We departed 50 minutes later than planned.

There was NO pickup details given on ticket. I went to where ALL the other buses leave from and waited 15mins then ran through the terminal asking where to find it to only be sent it the wrong direction and missed the bus I had originally booked. The AI help was absolutely awful and slow to respond. I don't know if I ever TRULY was connected with an actual LIVE AGENT.

Grant (the driver) was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The ride was smooth from start to finish. I received a text with the pickup details ahead of time, and once we arrived in Banff, Grant went above and beyond—he didn’t just drop me off at the designated spot but took the time to drive around and help me find my group. Truly excellent service!

Bus was very comfortable with seat belts, plug inside and adjustable seats. The commentary was very informative and he was very well spoken. All three lakes were beautiful. All worth visiting.

Our driver was absolutely fantastic. He texted the night before to inform us of where to meet and what gate it was amazing. Then he texted today to let us know that he would be arriving at the gate. He was so full of information and made the trip from Calgary beyond enjoyable. We would highly recommend, Richard was absolutely fantastic.

The bus reached in time for my trip from Calgary to Banff. I was a disastrous on the way back from Banff . The bus did not show up in the designated place for departure as shown in the bus ticket ( Red Carpet Inn) as well in Elk street in Banff as suggested by the driver who dropped us on that spot on the trip from Calgary to Banff) . The weather outside was bad and we had to walk few times between elk street and red carpet in heavy rain for the bus . Later on booked a ticket in Flix bus with the help Banff visitors info centre to come back to Calgary! When checked the email from On It for revised location of the departure it was too late .

Our bus was supposed to come at 8:10 am, but the company sent us an email at 8:.06 that there will be a delay in the pick up time, without any other information. And around 9:18am then sent another email that the bus will pick us at 9:49 am !! We were waiting in the street and it was sunny and windy. I don’t think I would choose this company again. Fortunately the next bus of the same company came around 8:40 am and was able to accommodate us

The only thing I didn't like was after we started moving, the bathroom on the bus got really humid and the toilet was covered in condensation. Other then that, the service and trip was great. The driver specifically was super friendly and funny!

the shuttle was canceled and they said we could go on another shuttle company. when we showed up they said they didn't have us on that shuttle

The reception representative and shuttle driver were very helpful and accommodating.

The transfer driver was punctual, friendly and informative. Pickup location was convenient and easy to find.

The driver seems with good humor, however when the last guest got on van, they started talking. Sometimes the driver even didn’t look at roads which was really scary for us while sitting at roll behind the driver. And sometimes he has zigzag driving…. And changed lanes without giving any signal lights. We understand he drive many times per day with same route, probably can drive without starring at road. But it’s related to all passengers’ safety. The safety is always the priority.

Terrible my plane was late and the shuttle would not wait for me to get my luggage. Will never book again

I liked that the trip was very fast and I got to the place even earlier than if I had taken the bus. Also driver was polite and considerate.

It was great, the driver accommodated our needs and was a very good and safe driver.

I’ve really enjoyed my trip as we were only 2 persons. The driver Duve was very polite, smiling and open-hearted person. He drove so professionally. He also helped me with some information. I’d recommend this bus company to everyone.

If I could rate it 0/5, I would. We arrived at pick up destination at 5:30 to be picked up at 6am. Waited and waited and no one showed up. Waited until 8am to see if bus was running late. Nothing. There is no number to contact, and if you did; there was no answer. Save your time and money… don’t book with this company.

Terrible. The driver left 20 minutes early because he didn’t feel like waiting and leaving at the scheduled time, despite me still showing up 15 minutes early. I was left stranded by myself in the rain. Then when I called they lied and said a passenger had an emergency which later came out as untrue.

A very nice and pleasant driver who made the drive enjoyable with a feeling of friendly and safe service as a driver.

We are very satisfied and thankful especially to the driver Jun who made our short trip very wonderful and memorable. I highly commend him and the co. God bless.

We could not find them at the airport and when we rang them they were so helpful and picked us up early!!

Really friendly drivers, especially the bloke from south India whose name I can’t quite remember. Great experience would definitely use again!
