The warm, welcoming, and friendly Bus driver Claudio was nice to give me a tour of Calgary and Canmore. And giving me some advice on hiking ideas.

Firstly, I would say, it's a great facility that saves tourists from the hassles of driving long routes, finding parking for day or days. Secondly, it's a great option to sit back, enjoy and watch beautiful side veiws. On- it provides an opportunity to people to not postpone their adventures just because they don't have their own modes of transportation. It was wonderful experience of mine going with on-it to canmore. Bus dropped me on time on a designated spot and guided me to be back on the same spot at the assigned time of departure. It was nice traveling through on- it, and I will soon plan another trip to Banff through the same service

Bus was on time and comfortable. It was very easy to find the desk after picking up luggage and the driver came i to the terminal to take us to his shuttle bus. Friendly young woman at the desk

Driver was great!! Drop off location in Canmore (Solara) was perfect. Cost for our trip in February was double of our trip in January.

Our Driver came into the Airport to let us know he was there, escorted us to the bus. Very friendly and courteous, right on time! The Weather was quite bad and we always felt very safe as he was driving to the road conditions. Bus lovely and clean, arrived on time in Canmore. Would definitely use this service again and would recommend to our Family and Friends.

The shuttle arrived on time at the pickup point, but was 10minutes delayed to the arrival point.

Fast, good driver and driving, the only thing was the sound from the shuttle bus sometimes got very loud. Other than that, everything is perfect!

The driver was amazing!! My flight was delayed, so my bags took longer to get, I went and asked if he could wait and he waited 15min for me to get my bag! Super thankful for that

The Fairy bus was amazing. As my plane was on time, they seamlessly put me on an earlier shuttle with the shuttle circling back to the airport as I had made it to the counter within minutes. Impressive and happy to accommodate me.

I was supposed to get dropped off in Canmore and we didn’t stop so I had to get picked up in Banff
