The bus was nice and comfortable to travel with, but the attitude of drivers and inspectors is unacceptable at all, they are very rude and treat passengers very bad, they don't know how to speak to passengers and they actually undermines people. The inspector literally refused to give me my bag, saying that I don't have a slip, of which I gave him and told me to wait but later refused and told me to call Intercape, after travelling such a long distance from Pretoria to Kimberley, when I arrived am accused of stealing my own bag? I am very disappointed and don't think I will ever use your bus anymore, my fear is my son is also using the bus, and I am afraid this will also affect him one day because this is not the first time I see this attitude, people were treated bad before in front of me, and it happened to me this time, thank you!

I loved the fact that the bus was already at the bus station 30minutes before departure time. It departed on time, not a minute later. The air conditioner was set and it was nice and warm, we arrived at the destination 50 Minutes before scheduled time, I was very impressed with the drivers as well, kind and friendly.
