The only part I enjoyed was where the bus stops for the 15 minutes break cause it was different from Montrose. But the bus stopping a few times and us being told to go to the other buses? That was annoying!

Passengers have noted that the bus was clean and had a pleasant smell, with smooth driving from the driver. However, some users reported issues with the toilet not locking properly and an unpleasant odor in it.
Big Sky Express Johannesburg Pinetown recent customer reviews
Everything was ok, except for the toilet. It could not lock, secondly it had bad urine stench.
Users have reported a positive experience with the bus service, highlighting the friendly demeanor of the driver and the punctuality of the bus. The driver was noted for engaging with passengers and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, contributing to an enjoyable travel experience.
It would be nice if they were more efficient when it comes to the switching of passenger after leaving Park Station, it can't take them an hour to figure out how many spaces are left and who sits where. The quality of the bus was rather concerning, water was coming out from the plastic trimming under the window and there's a gap under the sliding window that allowed wind and water to come in. I hope they fix all those issues.

Loud ringing coming out the speakers the whole way down, no toilet paper in the bathroom, my charging port and AC werenât working, and the driver was rude and didnât care if passengers held the bus up in Bergview for half an hour. Worst bus ride Iâve been on.
