The busus came 2 and a half hours late for pick up and 6 hours later to my destination as a result a got to Durban late infact we are still 2hours away and its now 15:25 Friday 06 /12/ 25 i was suppouse to be here 10:50 am honestly deeply disappointed horrible service

I didn't enjoy my trip because the bus was late for an hour to pick me up. They didn't give me a solid reason of why they were late. I was supposed to have a trip of 20hrs and 50 minutes, but I ended up with traveling for 23hrs and 55 minutes.
