Toilets do not work, they are unflushable and unhygienic. Aircons are always on even when it is cold outside and drivers do not light the light for passengers offboarding.

Terrible experience with Big Sky Express. Was informed that the bus was running an hour late, so got to the pick up point 30 minutes prior to the new pick up time (as per the ticket) only to find that the bus had already arrived and left. When we contacted the help centre, they said there is nothing they can do as the ticket says to be there 1 hour before. I sent them proof that my ticket says only 30 minutes prior to departure and they then send me a screenshot that they have updated it to 1 hour but this was never ever communicated, nor was the information provided on any correspondence with them. Furthermore, I was told that I should never have even received a message saying the bus was 1 hour late. Terrible service all around

Will never use them again. They were 3hours late arriving in Estcourt. 5 hours late arriving at Park Station. They arrive at a time where taxi transport from the station was very limited. Very very stressful. Their phone lines do not ever go to an operator, there is NO customer service.
