I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Bloemfontein Tourism Center. I purchased a ticket to Clocolan for a bus scheduled to depart at 7:40 AM. However, when I arrived at the bus, the driver informed me that he wasn't taking the Clocolan route and that I should wait for Bus 909, which would be delayed by 2-3 hours. I waited, only to be told that the bus I booked had actually departed an hour ago. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
