APMWC buses are fine, but their service is completely dissatifactory. I booked and paid a trip for 17h30 - 07h35 at Bellville to KWT. I had a tender to drop at 11h00 in Bhisho the followin day. The bus arrived at 20h17and departed 20h28 (3hrs late) at Bellville with NO apology or explaination. It arrived at 11h24 at KWT. I missed the 11h00 submission. Poor service indeed.

It was the worst experience ever , first the bus was almost 2hrs late without notification, secondly we had to be mixed with Gauteng passengers , thirdly we were instructed to get off that bus and get on another one in Beaufort West and had to again be shifted to another bus for coming to King & East London. This was the first time in my life changing buses in one trip.

Additionally, one review mentions a rude driver who mistreated a passenger over an unpaid suitcase fee. The bus was very late with no explanation given . My sit was not stable, the bottom was shaking. The drivers werel friendly and polite
But there is an incident that we didn't like . The bus to Joburg which was also very late ,it's driver was a very rude guy. He nearly left a passenger because of her unpaid suitcase and the old woman tried to explain that she was not aware of this and she had no money. This Nigerian guy driver was so rude to her we ended up taking the case as other passengers because he shouted and embarrassed and made a show of the lady in full view of other passengers. The second driver Xhosa guy offered to pay for the ladies lagguage.
