Bus from Red Deer to Calgary: Tickets & Timetables

Driver was great. The only way it could be improved would be a drop off a bit closer to the international terminal.

I was given incorrect pins and vague directions on my confirmation email and it made me miss my bus and have to purchase another ticket. This is not the first time with FlixBus that this was the case. Having incorrect addresses and having to research vague FlixBus stops (from google) is the same in Edmonton. If the buses were early we could find them, but instead they arrive sharp and leave fast.

It was a great trip to Calgary international airport. Driver was awesome and took the normal hours despite of snowy slippery conditions.

Bus was on time, the driver was very polite and kind to us customers and it was an easy experience something I never experienced before with other buses

Passengers were allowed to take big items onto the bus rather than in the lower compartment. The bus was only just over half full but most people kept items on the seats leaving very little space.

I was in Tim Horton’s and didn’t know when the bus arrived. I thought the driver would call, text or email but they didn’t and the bus left without me. I was so disappointed ☹️

We waited at the spot we were told to at the Tim Hortons on 77th St. .The bus was supposed to arrive at 5:45. No bus -at 6:20 a bus arrived -by that time we were wondering what we were going to do because there was no one to phone and see if there was a delay on our bus. We had a flight to catch at the Calgary airport and it was very distressing to the three of us I think when there is a delay like that, there should be a number that we can call and find out what the delay is. Also not having a place to wait while your bus is arriving is very inconvenient. Standing outside in the parking lot of a Tim Hortons is not very nice. Would I take your bus again -no The driver was polite and a good driver.

There was no update on the late arrival of the bus eventually we found a number to call and was informed that it was still on its way… being almost an hour late they then wanted me to load our own suitcases in the under storage area which then had a knock on effect at the time it arrived at the airport being it should of arrived at 19.10 … it then dropped us at the local departures which when I eventually got to my international departure area they had closed the gate and would not let me drop my bag, so I then had to put my bag in a secure bag drop area for my daughter to collect within 24 hours for me to run to my gate this was the worst bus company I have ever booked with and I have booked every time with red arrow and eBus I will never book with Canada bus again.

The bus driver was very helpful and kind. However I would like to have had a seat with a foot rest. At my age (78) I need to elevate my legs as much as possible and the front seat he gave me had none. I had a seat with a foot rest booked with my ticket but I did not get it. A small thing that would have made my trip so much better.

It was a bittersweet moment, didn’t know the bus didn’t go to the airport. Had to take a taxi there

It was a nice trip, not too long and the bus wasn't packed, so I had room. Driver was really nice and gregarious.

The bus driver was AMAZINGLY kind and was on time. He was easy to understand and I felt safe!!! He probable drives a lot of people but u still felt he cared for our safety.

The bus ride from Red Deer to Calgary through bad weather went very well, left the driving to Red Arrow and enjoyed the ride.

Twas our very first time to take the bus to yyc and quite enjoyed it, on time and safe.

My bus was late and there were no notification about it, no communication with me as a passenger to let me know, it was very confusing

Sorry! But it was so noisy I couldn’t even get a call on it , dirty chairs And no numbers everyone can set in U’re place

It was pretty great for the most part little stinky in there the driver was very professional and very punctual the price was good
